OUR MISSION

To safeguard the architectural and cultural legacy of this historic theater through a sustainable redevelopment model in service of the community and tourism. By thoughtfully balancing heritage preservation with the integration of modern commercial offerings and tourist accommodations, we are securing the theater’s future as both a community cornerstone and an economic driver.

LIBERTY SUITES

A seven-room boutique hotel featuring uniquely themed suites, each named for a local figure of historical significance. Every room is thoughtfully curated with memorabilia, offering guests an immersive and meaningful stay. Accommodations include two double-queen suites, three king suites, and two extended-stay suites — each with a separate bedroom, a kitchenette, and a stackable washer and dryer.

LEGACY OFFICES

“Premier professional office spaces designed for the modern entrepreneur or sole practitioner, located in the heart of downtown.”

FROM THE OWNER

Renovating the historic Capitol Theater in West Columbia is a deeply meaningful endeavor for me, reflecting both my appreciation for Texas history and a personal connection to the community. While I may not have grown up in West Columbia, my Texas roots shape my understanding of its historical significance, especially as the original capital of our great state. Preserving the name Capitol is a tribute to this legacy and an acknowledgement of the rich tapestry of our shared heritage.
